Our creations, from design to final assembly

Step 1: DESIGN

All A.L.INOX creations come to life from the synergy between the technical department, where our draughtsmen plan and define the best solutions to meet our customers' requirements, and the sales department, which offers the best economic solutions. The customer himself is involved in the interaction with our staff who will try to satisfy the requests for the characteristics and layout of the project. Once the layout is defined, the technical department moves on to the design of the individual finished products using parametric 3D CAD. Automatically, the semi-finished part that make up the final product are developed and passed on to production.

It is in the cutting area that everything begins: the sheets are laser cut according to the instructions provided by the UT.

Step 3: BENDING

The resulting sheets are processed to give them the designed shape using high-performance bending machines. A.L.Inox boasts the purchase of one of the latest innovations in the field of technology capable of communicating directly with the technical office sw (industry 4.0 technology). All this combined with the operators’ decades of experience means that nothing is left to chance.

After this step, we continue with the assembly of the parts to create the Final product. The process then moves on to the welding department, where with surgical precision and the careful cleaning of the parts, our staff will make the furniture shine with that special lustre that only high quality steel can do.

The end of the process is the most exciting moment of the whole process because you see the end result, the Final shape of our furniture. Right in the assembly area we find our operators engaged in the last part of the process. Reliability and precision are two characteristics that have always been synonymous with the high quality workmanship of our company. All of this can be seen through the solidity, beauty, excellent finish and endurance in our products sold.
